I have not received my parcel. Who do I contact?

Can I choose to self-collect the parcel?

How do I track my parcel delivery status?
A tracking number will be provided by our delivery agent. Alternative, we can provide the tracking number upon request. Kindly drop us an email with your name and order reference.
What if I am not available at the time of delivery?
Our appointed delivery agent will have 3 delivery attempts during office hours (0900-1800 hours). You can inform our delivery agent to leave the parcel in a safe place by providing a safely code sent to you. After 3 delivery attempts are failed, an additional delivery charge will incur. How long it takes for the delivery?
Once we receive your order, we will need 1-2days to pack and dispatch through our delivery agent. The delivery agent will take 1-3 working days, subjected to public holiday in Singapore. Due to the recent covid-19 pandemic, the delivery time may add 1-2days.
