Heorshe ultra wide neck baby bottle has 65mm diameter, which can fit into most wide neck warmer leading brands. To be safe, simply check the warmer brands’ bottle for comparison.

What is the differences between Heorshe Sippy Cup Stage 1 and Stage 2 ?2021-06-06T08:01:33+00:00

Heorshe Sippy Cup Stage 1 bottle capacity is 6oz/180ml.

Stage 1’s spout is wider and shorter, easily to latch, for first timer or baby who just started solids between 4m and 6m old. The stage 1’s spout flow is relatively slower than stage 2. It is suitable for the baby from 6m to 12m old.

Heorshe Sippy Cup  Stage 2 bottle capacity is 9oz/280ml.

Stage 2’s spout is longer and relatively faster flow than stage 1. It is suitable for baby from 9m to 36m old.

Both spout stages are designed to protect new teeth and reduce the misalignment.

As an adult, we are get used to drink water easily with open cups and water bottle.

The gravity straw and connector design are different from conventional straw bottle. Heorshe sippy cup is designed to be spill proof and fully enclosed bottle concept.

It has the child to chew and suck the spout so that the water can flow smoothly through the line opening at spout. This process is to promote the use of oral parts such as jawbone, palate and tongue. The spout is also soft and flexible, allowing different sucking patterns.

Baby is fast learner. Lets give them some time and they will pick up the skill.

  1. The products show defects without regular wear and tear as deemed by Heorshe Singapore.
  2. Missing component of the products.
  3. Email us the photos of the defect’s parts and complete set of faulty products.
  4. Within 7 days of the date of purchase.
  5. Return the complete set of faulty products for evaluation if required.

A tracking number will be provided by our delivery agent. Alternative, we can provide the tracking number upon request. Kindly drop us an email with your name and order reference.

Our appointed delivery agent will have 3 delivery attempts during office hours (0900-1800 hours). You can inform our delivery agent to leave the parcel in a safe place by providing a safely code sent to you.

After 3 delivery attempts are failed, an additional delivery charge will incur. It is the buyer’s responsibilities to ensure that the name, address, and telephone number are accurate.

Once we receive your order, we will need 1-2days to pack and dispatch through our delivery agent. The delivery agent will take 1-3 working days, subjected to public holiday in Singapore. Due to the recent covid-19 pandemic, the delivery time may add 1-2days.

Can I use sippy cup for milk feeding ?2021-06-06T07:24:57+00:00

Yes, you can.

For formula milk, please do not shake the bottle to dissolve the formula with warmed water. The sippy cup is fully sealed and prevent spill. Once we shake the bottles, the unbalance hot vapor pressure will cause the spill. Besides, it will create more air bubbles and baby might intake more air during feeding time. You can stir to dissolve the formula with water before seal the sippy cup with screw cap.

Bottles made from polypropylene (PP) and decorated using non-toxic paints are not harmful for babies. It is a food-grade product. However, it is not completely resistant and with use, and because of cleaning and sterilizing methods, it does gradually deteriorate, although this does not pose a risk to your baby.

You can clean the straw using our straw cleaner, available here. Another tip is to fill the cup with hot water, attach lid with the flip lid covering straw. Shake vigorously and pointing the cup away from you, un-flip lid and the pressure from the hot water will flush through straw. Then simply rinse clean or place in dishwasher.

Of course. Our bottles are made of pp, ppsu and silicone that can safely be recycled.

Yes, you can sterilize the bottles using steam, UV or microwave. Alternative, you can just go with hot water to rinse the bottles and other parts.

The bottles shall replace in every 6-12 months, it subjects to the usages. We recommend that bottles are replaced by every 6 months.
